New applicants

If you are a new applicant and have declared prior conduct, then the Professional Conduct Panel can:

  • Approve your application.
  • Refuse your application.

Existing CILEx Members and CILEx Practitioners

If you are an existing CILEx Member or CILEx Practitioner and have declared prior conduct, then the Professional Conduct Panel can:

  • Take no further action.
  • Reprimand.
  • Warn.
  • Refer the prior conduct to the Disciplinary Tribunal as misconduct.
Before making decisions the Professional Conduct Panel may seek further information from you or request your attendance.
