Accessibility

Our regulated lawyers are required by the CILEx Code of Conduct to treat everyone equally and fairly. Many entities (firms, businesses or practices) can provide, for example, wheelchair access or hearing loops.

They are also required by law to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate your needs, for example increasing the font size on letters or sending communication online, so that online features to aid access can be used, or the use of a ground-floor meeting room.
