This section sets out the fees that your entity will pay for:
The fees that entities will pay are determined by turnover and how client money is held.
- an application for authorisation to be considered;
- a contribution to the CILEx Regulation Compensation Arrangements;
- the annual practice fee for 2018; and
- any subsequent amendments to an authorisation.
The purpose of the CILEx Regulation Compensation Arrangements is to provide redress to consumers who suffer a loss due to dishonesty or failure to account by a regulated entity. This is also determined by turnover and how client money is held.
The fees for 2019 are set out below. In anticipation of being able to license Alternative Business Structure (ABS) firms in 2019, we have now added these to our fee structures. If there are any questions about the fees for 2019, please contact us.
