Application process

Check your eligibility using the Am I Ready tool.


If eligible, gather the documents from 3-4 case files. Then, identify the evidence you have from the Practice Rights Evidence Requirements


Use the Outcomes Matrix to meet both the WBL and Probate Outcomes.
Use this to find the Guidance for the Outcome.


Complete the Skills Logbook Sheet using the Outcome Guidance to meet the Outcome sufficiently.


Complete three Experience Portfolios to demonstrate your knowledge and breadth of experience in Probate.
